A fortune within his grasp. But will it ever be enough?
Sinbad the Sailor is the 3rd release in the “Fabulous Stories” series, following Aladdin & the Wonderful Lamp and Beauty and the Beast. This 2-ounce silver collectible coin takes us into a world of distant shores, extraordinary creatures and treasures beyond imagination.
A merchant from Baghdad, Sinbad sets sail in search of trade and fortune. Yet the seas have other plans. Every journey brings unexpected encounters, strange lands and dangers far greater than anything he could have imagined. What begins as a quest for riches soon becomes a test of courage, resourcefulness and survival.
Across seven voyages, Sinbad loses his way, his possessions and, more than once, nearly his life. He faces enormous creatures, escapes seemingly impossible situations and discovers that fortune can be as unpredictable as the sea itself. Through it all, his sharp mind and determination carry him forward, always finding a way back home.
But a safe harbor never holds him for long. With each return, the memories of distant lands and extraordinary adventures grow stronger. His fortune may be restored, but his curiosity remains unsatisfied. There is always another horizon to explore, another mystery to uncover, another treasure waiting somewhere beyond the familiar.
Rich colors, golden accents and intricate relief bring Sinbad’s extraordinary world to life. An emerald-green stone draws the eye, while the surrounding figures offer glimpses of the remarkable encounters that have shaped his adventures. Every detail invites a closer look, revealing another piece of the story.
The harbor offers safety. The sea promises adventure. And for Sinbad, the greatest treasure may always be the journey ahead…
