The obverse presents an artistic scene that transports us to the Giant Deer’s primeval habitat. The animal is depicted among dense vegetation and prehistoric forests. Particular attention is drawn to its expansive antlers, which dominate the animal’s silhouette. The composition emphasizes both its impressive size and the strength characteristic of this extinct representative of megafauna.
The reverse continues the central motif of the entire series. Germania Mint has placed the Giant Deer’s skull, antlers, and hoofprint on this side of the coin.
