The series is created in cooperation between Mennica Polska and Germania Mint, and its distinctive feature is a unique, fully eco-friendly packaging made of cardboard, paper, wood, and linen.

The coin depicts the red panda – a mammal inhabiting the mountain forests of the Himalayas and southern China. Also known as the ‘fire fox,’ the animal is distinguished by its ringed bushy tail, soft reddish fur, and charming appearance. Despite its appeal, the red panda is an endangered species, and its presence has become a symbol of wildlife conservation efforts.
