Herbalist is the second heroine in the exceptional Witchcraft series by Germania Mint. The 2025 Witchcraft: Herbalist 1 oz Silver BU continues the collection portraying extraordinary women from Germanic mythology, endowed with secret knowledge and mystical power. The Herbalist was the guardian of ancient secrets of nature – she could recognize the properties of every plant and create healing potions and infusions of magical strength.
During her healing work, the Herbalist wields a wooden staff – a symbol of her connection with the forces of nature and her spiritual authority. Her attire is adorned with intricately crafted jewelry that enhances her magic and provides protection. At her side stands the mythical squirrel Ratatosk – the messenger of Yggdrasil, carrying words between worlds and assisting the heroine in her communion with the powers of nature.
The reverse of the coin, designed in Germania Mint’s distinctive style, depicts the richness of nature from which the Herbalist draws her strength. At its center appears the double-headed eagle – the mint’s emblem – surrounded by runes symbolizing protection and health.
The one-ounce coin, designed by Mateusz Frąckowiak, will be struck in a limited mintage of 10,000 pieces. Each comes with a Certificate of Authenticity confirming its originality and collectible value.
